We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
* Assistant infant teacher (f/t)
* Assistant toddler teacher (f/t)
* Assistant preschool teacher (f/t)
* Floats and breakers (p/t or f/t)
Pay ranges are as follows:
* Assistants and floats: $15-17 / hr
* Leads $16-20 / hr
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
*Duties:*
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical education, child welfare, and math skills
* Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap time
* Assist with potty training and personal hygiene tasks
* Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the facility
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
* Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
*Qualifications:*
* Leads - CDA or degree in ECE (preferred) plus 1-2 years working in a licensed childcare center or preschool (required)
* Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting is (preferred)
* Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
