We are professional and agile .

I will hand picked this staff and because I know you will all be great.

which will make the center great .
I have prayed for you and GOD will chose you to work at my center.
I am about to make a big promise to you guys and I have prayed about this one for months.

Right now the pay is not all that great and this is the 1st of many centers to come and every time i open one you will get a raise base on your performance.

I plan to make all my employees the highest paid childcare worker in the USA topping you guy out as high as 20.
00 an hours maybe more .

my goal is to keep you for life … as benefits are coming but I don't want them to be an arm and a leg for you guys to get it … and I don't want to offer something that I will not except … My director will top out at 35.

I am going to start a bonus program with my employees the better you do your job the more money you get around Christmas time to help you out …we will also have a review program if this company has good reviews each month we will have a cookout for the employees each month.
We are open all holidays but each employee that works that day will only work 2 hours and get paid for 4hours including myself so that we can all be home to enjoy our families.
if you have a problem with an employee of a parent please do not engage in it.
I promise you it will be handled …I have no tolerance for it that person will no longer be with Mrs Jackie's Daycare .

64050 just let them know you are an employee with paperwork drop in off in a seal envelope to keep your information safe they will not open anything at all they will just lay it on my desk.
So lets get done with these classes and let be GREAT for i am only what my employees are and this would not be happening with you guys i can't wait to get started.
