I am about to make a big promise to you guys and I have prayed about this one for months.

Right now the pay is not all that great and this is the 1st of many centers to come and every time i open one you will get a raise base on your performance.

I plan to make all my employees the highest paid childcare worker in the USA topping you guy out as high as 20.

my goal is to keep you for life … as benefits are coming but I don't want them to be an arm and a leg for you guys to get it … and I don't want to offer something that I will not except … My director will top out at 35.

I am going to start a bonus program with my employees the better you do your job the more money you get around Christmas time to help you out …we will also have a review program if this company has good reviews each month we will have a cookout for the employees each month.
We are open all holidays but each employee that works that day will only work 2 hours and get paid for 4hours including myself so that we can all be home to enjoy our families.
if you have a problem with an employee of a parent please do not engage in it.
I promise you it will be handled …I have no tolerance for it that person will no longer be with Mrs Jackie's Daycare .
