Summary/Objective
Provide personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and other Chief Officers by managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, travel arrangements.
Prepare for high-level meetings by assisting with materials, maintain board meeting portal, sending meeting invites and reminders, and for in-person meetings set up room and clean up, etc.
Attends Board and leadership meetings taking notes and recording minutes.
Maintain Board of Director files and contact list.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, presentations, and other documents for Chief Officers.
Assist with coordinating volunteer activities.
Maintain Comprehensive Records to Include:
Upload new ISP plans in Therap, track acknowledgements, and make appropriate notifications when ISPs need acknowledged.
Inform supervisors when ISPs are not acknowledged by staff in Therap
Track manager’s reports to ensure monthly packets are completed and filed.
Make notifications to appropriate staff when items are missing.
Track PS/RS monthly checklists to ensure completion.
Make notifications to appropriate staff when items are missing.
Manage the tracking of RN delegations with staff schedules.
Notify staff when delegations are needed for existing or new delegations.
Inform supervisors when delegations are not in compliance.
Update client dietary information as requested.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Also requires walking up and down stairs as needed.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Travel: No travel is expected for this position
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED
Usually at least three years’ experience providing support at a high level
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree an advantage
