Infant Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
- Teach basic literacy skills, including letter recognition, phonics, and early reading.
- Foster social and emotional development through positive behavior management techniques.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Plan and supervise engaging physical education activities to promote gross motor skills.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Proficient in behavior management techniques for young children.
