Extended Care Aide - Part Time

Description: St.
Charles Borromeo Academy is seeking a part time Extended Care Aide from 3-6 pm (up to 20 hours a week) for our after school program.
Experience in an early childhood setting is strongly encouraged.
St.

Responsibilities -Always understand and uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church.
-The aide positions require that individual care for the physical, social, and emotional needs of the young child while promoting and modeling the mission of the Catholic Church.
-Work under the direction of the Extended Care Coordinator.
-Demonstrate professionalism, including confidentiality, when working with administration, staff, parents and children, while promoting positive relationships and effectively communicating with others.
-Manage and set high behavior standards within the classroom and building.
-Must be physically able to perform the job of a caregiver of young children.
-Be an active member of a faith community and be a model of the teachings of Jesus Requirements: Candidates for positions at Borromeo Academy: -Prefer experience within a childcare setting, but not required.
