is seeking a dedicated Infant/Toddler teacher to join our warm and welcoming organization.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will play a vital role in fostering the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth of our students (ages Birth-2).
You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can explore, discover, and develop their unique talents and skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and creating individualized learning plans.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
Child Development, or Infant/Toddler related courses (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year experience working with infant/toddler aged children in a classroom setting.
Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children.
CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
