Counter Culture Babysitter Needed (In My Home) (Kansas City)

Hello! I need a really awesome human to watch my 5 1/2 year old Autistic Son.
He is pretty amazing and easy to please.
His absolutely loves music, nature and his tablet.

I can rant about him forever if you're interested.
The hours are kinda weird.
I need someone to get him ready and on the bus by 730am.
He gets off the bus at 11:20am.
I am home from work by 430pm.
I know I can afford $50 a day for this and possibly some other barter could be worked out on top of it.
I have a rather sweet large home with plenty of amenities * I'm a Dad
