Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Promote and upsell products or services to customers - Assist with product demonstrations and provide technical sales support when needed - Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed Requirements: - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Experience in retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Proficiency in using electronic point of sale (POS) systems - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
