Responsibilities Review initial vehicle damages with customers and walk through high-level repair process and next steps Frequently communicate with Collision Estimators to get updates regarding the status of vehicles within the repair process Provide repair status updates to customer via call or text based on an established communication cadence with the customer Perform the final quality control check with Collision Estimator team prior to customer pick up to ensure the quality of the repair will meet or exceed customer expectations and Crash Champion's standards Administrative tasks including collecting incoming payments, updating ARMS/rental matching and conducting AR follow-up calls Provide additional support to Collision Estimators Qualifications 6 months or greater of prior experience working in a fast-paced, customer-service environment Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of personalities Proficient with computer software Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license Legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits: Weekly Paycheck Generous Referral Bonus 401 (k) Retirement Plan and Company Match Transfer Between Markets Medical, Dental & Vision effective on start date Paid Holidays & PTO Why Crash Champions: Since 1999, Crash Champions remains the only founder-led national multi-shop operator (MSO).
