Overnight Cashier/Customer Service

Job Responsibilities 1.
Greet each customer as they enter and exit the lot.
2.
Assist in directing customers into the lot.
3.
Monitor incoming traffic to ensure only trucks are entering the truck lot.
4.
As customers leave the lot, verify length of stay, check paid invoices, calculate dollar amount payable, accept the payment from the customer, enter transaction into the register, distribute receipt and thank each customer for stopping at TravelCenters of America.
5.
Receipt and maintenance of the cash drawer for your shift.
6.
Prepare and reconcile the end-of-shift report.
7.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
8.
Display a pleasant customer attitude.
9.
Refer customer complaints to the General Manager.
10.
Be knowledgeable of safety guidelines.
11.
Dress in proper uniform as required in the Human Resources.
