Role Overview: As a PRN Front Desk Concierge, you play a pivotal role in our community's hub.
You'll be the face of our establishment, setting the tone for residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
Serve residents and guests with the utmost level of customer service and hospitality.
Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all who enter.
Manage front desk operations, handling inquiries, and directing visitors accordingly.
Address resident concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving for resolutions.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while being the primary point of contact.

Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM).
Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude toward the senior population.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle stress and demands effectively.
