The main function of the Customer Service Representative is to research, review and resolve all sales representative and Customer Service center generated tickets.
This is accomplished through the close monitoring of the Salesforce application.
What Inventory Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health
Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Location: This will be a fully on-site position located at 7601 Gardner Avenue.

Responsibilities
Research and resolve all reported external defects (errors, dating issues, miss picks)
Coordinate the execution of sales rep requests (lot and date requests, product availability, allocation overrides, etc.
)
Facilitate the shipment of off-scheduled orders and delivery
Complete no-ships (bill only)
Issue miscellaneous credit
Address late route inquires, escalate to TPOC when necessary
Data entry (updating expiration dates)
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic mathematics and unit of measure understanding preferred
Strong computer skills preferred

Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
