Compensation Range
Hourly: $25.

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to work closely with Commerce Bank’s Customer Support and Treasury teams to relay critical customer information impacting performance and to take maintenance requests to better the customer experience.
Essential Functions
Perform a wide range of analytical, operational, financial, budget, and project-related functions within Retail Lockbox, including logging, tracking, and reporting of system errors, processing issues, and processing volume
Relay critical customer information impacting performance and take maintenance requests to better the customer experience
Assist in the testing of system and customer maintenance and validate the timely transmission and accuracy of customer data extract files and billing files
Coordinate and manage meetings and take minutes on meeting detail as needed
Work closely with the vendor to resolve customer issues
Coordinate maintenance across various departments including vendor to provide seamless execution of customer requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of deposit operations preferred
Strong customer service, presentation and project management skills
Ability to work independently and perform varied assignments with frequent distractions
Ability to resolve complex problems and make decisions
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years financial services or bank operations experience required

This compensation range is for the Senior Customer Support & Vendor Liaison - Remittance Processing job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled.
At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $25.
