Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Shipping/Receiving
- Receive and check in in goods as the arrive.
- Ship orders as they are completed
