Thursday - Sunday: all shifts working 3:00 pm - 1:00 am

JOB DESCRIPTION
Bank Security Officer general Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
Respond quickly to critical situations.
Ability to read and write detailed reports.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
Access control responsibilities directing heavy traffic and restraining trespassers during the start and end of business hours.
Patrol client property on foot, securing personnel, assets, and corresponding parking lot in all weather conditions.
Investigate and take appropriate action as authorized by corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidents.
Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending of shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bank Security Officer Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
KCMO security license or ability to obtain and maintain (company will help to obtain if hired in the KCMO area).
Strong customer service skills/experience.
Helpful, courteous attitude.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Proficiency with computers and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures (provided through company training).
CPR + AED certifications (company will help to obtain if needed).
Qualifications
Education
