POSITION OVERVIEW
All American Indoor Sports is looking for friendly, professional team members responsible for the day-to-day operations of the AAIS Front Desk including, the processing of guest check-ins, member retention and maintaining quality customer service.

All American Indoor Sports is Kansas City’s premier indoor soccer company with two facilities located in Lenexa & Overland Park, Kansas.
All American was founded in April 1985 and has been offering the most competitive, fun, indoor soccer leagues for all levels, ages, and genders.
AAIS offers adult leagues year-round, six days a week and youth leagues during the winter and summer.
AAIS also offers KC’s premier child development program, Lil’ Kickers with year-round programs for ages 18 mos.
thru 9 years old, six days a week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality
Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly responds to the guest’s inquiries or complaints.
Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask between guest services and guest satisfaction.
Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls.
Knowledgeable of AAIS’s amenities and surroundings.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and staff.
Ensures the front desk is clean, maintained and organized at all times.
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Ability to adapt to guests needs and quick special needs.
Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays.
Must hold current CPR certification or obtain it within 60 days of start date.
Experience in cash handling and credit cards.
Customer service abilities (one year preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the U.
