We are seeking a driven entry level Inbound Sales Agent to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
What you’ll do:
Proactively sell memberships to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products and services
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What You’ll Need:
College degree in business, marketing or related fields preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
