ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Customer Service Associate must service accounts and meet company objectives along with managing the needs of customers.
Responsible for supporting the sales team and oversight of assigned customer accounts.
Interpret customer requests, monitor performance and delivery, investigate complaints, assist with negotiations regarding pricing, and adhere to company policies.
• Customer Service • Provide professionally written correspondence to customers • Generate Quotes and sales • Obtain financial information from customers • Support requests of sales team members and sales supervisor • Primary interface for customers for daily questions.
• Communicate order status.
• Assure price adjustments are implemented.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
