The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) acts as a liaison between an organization and its customers.
CSCs are responsible for evaluating and scheduling the appropriate services after assessing the client’s needs.
Other job tasks include fielding customer inquiries, planning the delivery of services and resolving customer concerns.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and follow-up on the delivery of services with clients and appropriate internal personnel.
Assure productivity and efficiency goals are met through careful planning of service delivery routes and schedules.
Acts as primary point of contact to resolve service issues.
Manages communication and schedule between the client and the onsite staff.
Complies with regulatory entities, (OSHA, HIPAA, DOT, etc.
) as well as company policies when creating test schedules
Schedule in the most geographically efficient manner possible.
Minimize expenses by managing travel, per diems and billing credits on services
Available to trouble shoot and problem solve client or staff challenges 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On call (includes evenings and weekends)
Manages unplanned situations such as staff illnesses, bereavement and/or truck maintenance issues or client shutdowns.
Job Responsibilities:
Understanding of productivity and utilization metrics
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Extensive computer experience, including MS Office and current technology, including knowledge of scheduling software.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, with preferred experience in business management or related field, or minimum 3 years’ experience in scheduling, operations / logistics role
Remote employees must be available for 4-6 weeks for in-person training in Overland Park, KS & available to travel to corporate office if / when required.
