Headphones are overall in excellent shape.
The pads are original and still in good shape, with very moderate signs of wear.
Battery is strong and provides several hours of listening with Noise-Canceling enabled.
Carrying case is in great shape, with no scratches or dents in the faux leather finish.
Bluetooth Paired Devices list has been cleared.
These have never been connected to the Bose mobile app.
They have never been updated and are still on the original firmware they shipped with.
Some believe Bose intentionally lessened the effectiveness of the Noise-Canceling feature in a firmware update for the QC35ii.
