Susan is retiring! (Cleveland)

Susan had a problem.
She’s retiring from the job she's worked at most of her life.
She is divorced and her kids are adults and have their own families now.
She no longer wants the maintenance of her home.
But she doesn’t want to go back to apartment living either.
She’d really like to have space for a garden but doesn’t want all the maintenance that goes along with owning a home and yard.
She didn’t know what she was going to do.
Then she heard about tiny houses, and she loved the idea! She decided that was what she was going to do.
But then she found out she couldn’t just park it anywhere.
The state she lived in had regulations against it.
She was feeling so discouraged.

AND they had one for sale! With the money she would get from selling the house and selling many of her belongings, she could buy the THOW and have a place to park it.
The Hideaway is located in the country but still close enough to cities that she could easily find part-time work nearby or other activities.
They even had a community garden.
This was the answer to her problems! Susan bought the THOW, lived at The Hideaway, found a part-time job nearby, and lived happily ever after in the tight-knit community without the overwhelm and stress of a big house or apartment living.
She now has time for gardening, crafts, family, volunteering, and even traveling.
