Looking for any kinda work -review (Kansas City)

An individual named Mike has posted an ad looking for any kind of work.
Be careful as the work he will do will be shoddy and most likely require you to hire someone else to fix it.
That's if you can get him to actually complete anything.
Mostly he will try rushing through things and seek to get paid at around 80% completion.
Then he will simply refuse to finish the work.
Basically, he's just a con man.
So beware.
