Need assistance, Mach3-4 CNC Controller (Olathe)

Anyone know of a local CNC users group or an experienced individual who could help me resolve issues with my CNC Router retirement project? Can't seem to get Mach3-4 and ESS Controller (C25 or C25XP) BOB setup and motor control issues resolved.
Multiple Vendor Tech support and online forums have just created more confusion, lost time and expense.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated do I can move on and enjoy the spring weather.
