Home fiber optic help (Overland Park)

Seeking someone who has the tools/knowledge to put an RJ45 end on one of the many internal lines in my apartment so I can change which jack my fiber is linked to.
You’d probably need the light shooter and the line stripper and a head to attach to the cable.
Asked google to assist but they’re too busy to send anyone.
