Need Mature Coach (Shawnee)

I'm in need of a 65+ male coach .
I'm a 53 male that has way to much stress in his life .
I know a mature coach would help me understand life better and help me live a stress free life .
As far as being fit - I do not need help on that .
That part of my life is smooth .
Need a strong good available coach that i can come learn from a couple times a week .
Has to be one good coach out there .
A plus is if you like sweets and you want to eat cakes often .
Please don't waste my time with BS
