Needle in a Hay Stack? Are you there? (Independence)

My Friend is looking for a needle in a haystack.
He has COPD and would like a person to live with him for health care reasons.
Rent Free.
The person must have no addictions and be willing to be drug tested.
Also no felonies.
If you have a security background he may be able to help you find other temporary jobs if you are looking.
