Skip Tracing and Other Help (Independence)

John is The best friend anyone could ask for [trustworthy] and the owner of Citizens Protection Agency and The Gina Ruth Foundation.
He specializes in surveillance and Patrol but this spring when he gets someone trained and in charge of the store, I want to help him do skip tracing for process serving or just people locating.
We also can do secret shopping, checking for "bugs" whatever observation you may need.
