*Responsibilities:*
As an Experienced Family Law Attorney at Higher Level Legal, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients through some of life's most challenging moments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and property division cases.
* Conducting thorough legal research, analyzing evidence, and strategizing effective solutions for clients' cases.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
* Representing clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions.
* Providing knowledgeable legal counsel to clients with empathy and compassion.
*Requirements:*
* *Licensed attorney in the state of Missouri *with 1-5 years of experience practicing family law.
* This is NOT a remote position and requires a Missouri Bar License.
* Proven track record of handling family law cases with competence and professionalism.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients.
