The Contracts Negotiation Manager will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners) the negotiation, drafting and execution of complex and non-standard contracts, amendments and renewals for the T-Mobile for Business Sales organization to ensure compliance with business requirements, corporate policy and a variety of laws and regulations related to this complex segment.
Negotiates favorable terms and conditions on behalf of the company and advises sales of contractual eligibility, rights and obligations in concert with senior negotiators and attorneys.
Assists in contract reviews and manages special projects as needed for both legal and company-wide initiatives.
What you’ll do in your role.
Review, redline and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
Generate T-Mobile contracts and amendments using approved templates and manage workflow in contract lifecycle management system.
Engage subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to review contract requirements to align with operational capabilities.
Provide guidance of contractual terms and conditions to sales throughout the negotiation process to ensure alignment with company policies, business requirements and sales goals.
Represents the organization as a customer-facing contact for contract negotiations.
Assist with reviews of customer requests for proposal and advises sales on proposal responses.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
The experience you’ll bring.
Bachelor's Degree OR 8 Years of combination of Education and related work experience Pref The ideal candidate is expected to have an ownership mentality, work with a sense of purpose and urgency and to take initiative when opportunities are seen to advance the role and the organization.
Key competencies for this role include the ability to juggle competing priorities and strong written and spoken communication.
