The City of Overland Park has a full-time Court Clerk Senior position available in the Municipal Court Department.
Responsibilities:
Completes the Court Clerk duties that require extensive experience and a high level of accountability, in addition to performing the duties of the Court Clerk position.
These duties include but are not limited to oversight and support of court case management software, fine collection oversight, warrant processing, custody oversight, assist with daily and monthly financial reporting, clerk training, video arraignment of prisoners, and serving as a liaison to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department (jail) and bonding companies.
Requirements:
Basic education which includes courses in typing, office practices and word processing, or additional
equivalent experience.
Access to the Kansas Criminal Justice Information System (KCJIS) is required, so the following KCJIS requirements apply:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must not have any felony or serious misdemeanor conviction(s).
A minimum of three years of experience as a Court Clerk with Overland Park Municipal Court.
No City residency requirement.
Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, physical exam and essential functions test.

Salary Range: Grade C $46,371.
