Responsibilities and practice
Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of experience to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice.
The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:
Advising in a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements
Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients

Has strong presentation skills and is able to clearly communicate advice to clients and colleagues
Is organized and efficient with disciplined time management skills
Embraces teamwork and values collaboration
Technical skills
At least 3 years of experience advising on employee benefits and executive compensation matters
Other requirements
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and be in good standing
Must include a law school transcript with application
