A women owned Litigation, Real Estate and Construction Law firm located in Kansas City is growing and has an immediate position available for a motivated Associate Attorney to join their team.
This person’s primary focus is assisting clients with disputes and the protection of their property.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a legal team whose goals are to provide effective litigation strategies that deliver results that involve litigation, real estate, construction, and creditors.
This position is required to work in-person at our Kansas City Crossroads office.
They offer a fun atmosphere where they work hard and play hard with great office hours!
Monday through Thursday, 8am – 5 pm
Friday, 8am – 2 pm

Required Skill & Capabilities:
The individual in this position must be able to perform each of the required duties at a satisfactory level.
Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience in litigation, real estate, construction, and creditor’s rights practice
Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and Kansas
Demonstrate initiative with a strong work ethic and leadership skill
All manner of court appearances
Demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Attention to detail with excellent organization and prioritization skill
Ability to move between multiple cases and maintain client service and court schedules, and provide guidance to junior associates
