We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in identifying potential investment opportunities by driving the city to look for distressed properties within designated neighborhoods.
Utilizing our app, the specialist will add properties to our growing list, contributing directly to our portfolio's expansion.
This position offers a unique blend of independent fieldwork and technology-driven reporting, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for real estate potential.
Compensation:
$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Drive through assigned neighborhoods to identify and evaluate distressed properties.
Utilize our custom app to record and upload details of potential properties, including photographs and any relevant notes on the condition and visible distress indicators.
Meet daily targets of adding 150 properties to our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Stay updated on local real estate trends and neighborhoods with potential for investment opportunities.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to prioritize properties for further evaluation and possible acquisition.
Provide insights and feedback on the app's functionality and any on-ground challenges faced during property scouting.
Qualifications:
Hourly rate: $15/hour.
Bonus: $500 for every deal closed as a result of your efforts, with the potential to increase to $750/deal after the first 10 successful deals.
The goal is to achieve 2-4 closings per month, aligning with our growth objectives.
