Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Assist attorneys in the preparation for trial, including organizing and reviewing evidence, preparing witness lists, and drafting motions and briefs
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
Manage case files and documents, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree
Paralegal Certification, a plus
At least 3 years of paralegal experience in the family law space
Strong research and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
