Qualifications: Minimum 4-year degree in business related field and related work experience.
Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business-related reading comprehension skills, with ability to analyze and suggest edits to documents with varying content and levels of complexity.
Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written), and interact with all levels of management, internally and externally.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects of varying scope, in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Associate to join our team of dedicated support professionals in Riverside, MO.
This role will handle all functions necessary to review, execute and maintain Customer, Broker and Vendor contracts throughout the contract life cycle.
Essential Job duties: Review and analyze Customer, Vendor and Broker contracts for compliance with Company’s operational, financial and legal objectives, and suggest modifications.
Ensure that revised documents reflect mutually agreed upon contractual changes.
Execute contracts when consensus is achieved.
Update the contract life cycle management tool with contract attributes and renewal reminders.
Communicate pertinent contractual information on executed contracts, amendments and contracts nearing expiration to all internal stakeholders.
Review Customer-specific requirements on Customer websites to ensure Company is compliant and communicate change requests as necessary.
Perform special projects or tasks that support continuous improvement.
Essential Skills: Ability to evaluate the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate one.
Ability to identify problems and evaluate and recommend solutions.
Must possess excellent knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, oral comprehension, and oral and written expression.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn company-specific software.
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels (internal and external).
Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in the business environment.
Positive attitude, self-starter, energetic, with excellent inter-personal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Must meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Must have regular, dependable attendance.

GMP & PPE Required: This role is performed in an office setting.
However, if you are on the production floor in the plant for any reason, you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant.
Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in the employee handbook.
Regulations require hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs.
It is also mandatory that all personnel wear safety glasses and follow standard operating procedures for all operations like HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.
Non-Essential Job Duties: Will perform other related work as assigned.
In the absence of this employee, the direct manager or appointee will cover responsibilities.
Work Environment: Majority of work performed in an office setting in a controlled environment.
