Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of legal support services to our inhouse legal team, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing contracts.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Initial MSA development (updating minor details for initial red line) for the Global Business Transformation Services (“GBTS”) business line.
· Addendum support to align language with current agreements of GBTS clients.
· Provided suggested language and guidance in considering client requested language adjustments
· Algin with the GBTS analyst team to validate cost tables and SLA language is accurate
· Coordinate with internal departments to process contracts from beginning to end, including but not limited to RFP team, finance, operations, client services, compliance, information security, etc.
· Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, preparing email correspondence, and maintaining files.
· Upon the supervision of the in-house legal team, review, redline and assist with the management of client facing contracts, both with external and internal parties
· Assist with collating and responding to RFIs and RFPs
· Effectively coordinate and work with globally located Subject Matter Experts to ensure responses are accurate, consistent, compelling and available within required timeframes
· Preparing sales and purchasing contracts
· Updating existing contract via amendments
· Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
· Responsible for using technology as part of the contracting process (Contract Lifecycle Management tool, GRC, DocuSign, etc.
)
· Perform legal research using online resources and databases.
· Review and proofread contractual or legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
· Degree educated with outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
· Minimum of two years employment experience gained within a professional services environment handling various commercial agreements
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Internet and web-based databases
· Project management experience and experience/exposure to outsourcing, eDiscovery technical services and/or SaaS products is a plus.
· Strong writing and editing skills
· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal; ability to interface and communicate with employees at all levels and across the company globally
· Adept in prioritizing workloads and adaptable to change, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
