Job Summary:
Large dealership in Kansas City, Missouri, is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of vehicle sales transactions.
This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers are offered the best financing options and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
As an individual contributor, the Automotive Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of the dealership by maximizing profits and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance department and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that meet the needs of the customer and the dealership
- Review credit applications and assess customers' creditworthiness
- Negotiate and secure competitive finance rates for customers
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring efficient and timely processing of loan applications
- Coach and train sales team on financing options and processes
- Monitor finance department performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales, financing, and insurance products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and financing options
- Manage inventory of finance and insurance (F&I) products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulations
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
- Automotive Sales License and Notary Public Commission preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
