As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of our dealership.
This is a key role that requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance processes.
Duties: - Review and analyze credit applications - Negotiate financing terms with lenders on behalf of customers - Present and explain financing options to customers - Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth transaction process - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process - Maintain knowledge of current finance and insurance regulations, including TILA requirements - Handle title processing and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly - Collaborate with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow-up as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as an F&I Manager in a dealership setting is required - Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, including credit analysis, loan processing, and title processing - Excellent sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships - Proficient in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and insurance in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
