Rockhurst University is currently seeking applications for the Director of Enrollment Communication position.
The Director of Enrollment Communication will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, integrated, multi-channeled enrollment communicationplanto meet undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals of the University.
The director must bea versatile communicator responsible for developing enrollment-related communication strategy and content, including individual and mass communication through CRM email marketing campaignsand print material.
This person will be a central member of the enrollment management team who will ensure consistency in messaging across all enrollment communication activities, and will collaborate with administrators, faculty and staff in academic divisions to develop marketing plans for graduate programs appropriate to the field of study.
The director, along with members of the University Marketing and Communications team, will craft the copy used in all outreach to prospective students, including paid digital advertising, organic social media, print publications and materials, enrollment-related websites and landing pages, email communications, video/audio scripts and printed ads/advertorials.
The director will coordinate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure enrollment communications efforts reflect student success, faculty innovation, experiential student opportunities and the Rockhurst UniversityCatholic, Jesuitmission.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 to 5 years ofrelatedexperience.
Experience in higher education and familiarity with Catholic, Jesuit higher education are preferred.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of integratedcommunicationand demonstrate the ability to differentiate Rockhurst’s brand in a collaborative, higher education setting.
Possess an understanding of message and channel strategies for student recruiting; and understanding of the latest trends and techniques related to interactive communications.
