4 Month Assignment Temporary Talent Workforce (TTW) - People Analytics Lead Specialist
This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.
Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our People Analytics Lead role for 4 months for our Talent Experience & Engagement team.
Work you'll do
Support data and reporting remediation due to a source system implementation later this year
Modify existing data transformation flows, primarily in Tableau Prep, with varying levels of complexity to support existing, dependent reports
Modify existing reports and dashboards in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel and OneModel to use restructured data correctly
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across PAR and broader Talent to design, build, and test new data transformation flows, reports and dashboards as needed
Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and problem solve data and report issues in Tableau, Tableau Prep and OneModel
Communicate with data subject matter experts to understand legacy and new talent data systems and dependent data flows and reports
Work in a dynamic client- and team -focused environment with minimal oversight
The team The People Analytics & Research (PAR) Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte.

, data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with PAR teams to revise and create operational and strategic reports and dashboard used by various leaders across Talent.
We're looking for a professional with strong technical skills to be a key player in our transition to a new talent system (HXM).
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required
5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, visualization
At least 3 years of experience with Tableau Desktop
At least 3 years of experience with data transformation or modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or SQL
Experience publishing and delivering content on Tableau Server
Visualization skills and storyboarding skills
Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Experience using OneModel for data querying and visualization
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900- $134,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
