Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for a Software Delivery Consultant.
A Cloud Inventory® Delivery Consultant at Nextworld serves as a vital resource within the Services Delivery Organization to prepare and deliver supply chain technology solutions that meet our customers' specific business needs.
They serve as the technical point of contact for our customers and can modify applications based on design specifications as well as troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of technical application issues.
The ideal candidate is creative, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
Learn, master, and maintain detailed knowledge of Nextworld software, its configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
Communicate and build relationships with customers to understand their objectives and solution requirements.
Design, develop, and test application modifications to meet customer requirements.
Demonstrate standard and custom solution components to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist customers with solution implementation and ongoing solution issue resolution.
Serve as the primary technical owner for one or many customer implementations.
Provide feedback and support to teammates.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 4+ years of consulting or software experience
Experience with one or more ERP vendors and/or relational databases

Experience integrating software with ERP vendors and/or relational databases
Is not afraid to ask questions and enjoys learning new things.
Has strong analytical thinking skills and is good at problem-solving.
Can work well independently or as part of a team.
Has good written and oral communication and presentation skills
Has excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with individual deadlines.

The position is located in Overland Park, KS.
Cloud Inventory’s hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
