Responsibilities:
* Strategic Counsel for overarching marketing needs: This includes but is not limited to, meetings, brainstorming, message review, editing or auditing of existing documentation, review and counsel on upcoming marketing assets, and general marketing feedback and/or guidance.
* Marketing Strategy and Development: Includes but is not limited to competitor analysis, brand standards and key messaging documentation, and execution of brand identity through all external communications.
* PR/Media Relations including creating and implementing a strategic media relations timeline, content, and suggested story ideas for outreach, media list development, press release development, research, editing and finalization, media outreach, follow-up, and placement facilitation.
* Thought Leader Content Creation and Positioning.
Ongoing content creation for cross-promotional purposes online, including website, social media channels, and to the media.
* Marketing Asset and Collateral Oversight.
Ongoing support in developing, refining, and finalizing marketing materials for prospective clients and general brand awareness surrounding hybrid and remote work capabilities.
* Advise on budget and spending across vehicles to maximize the bottom line.
* Developing realistic short-term and long-term marketing goals based on industry trends, budget, and company-wide goals.
* Ensures consistent and focused communication to support overarching goals and objectives.
* Balance communication between in-house team and outside initiatives, including leading vendors and organizations in company-wide campaigns that need to be clear and easy to understand.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Utilize Salesforce, Pardot ( Account Engagement), and WordPress to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion
*Experience:*
8+ years of relevant industry experience.
Track record of developing and building out a marketing strategy.
Proven ability to implement effective strategic processes.
Proficient in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Salesforce, Paradot, and WordPress
