* *\*\*\*Must be 21+ to apply\*\*\** Overview: As a Fulfillment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
You will be responsible for leading a team of fulfillment associates, managing inventory, optimizing workflow processes, and maintaining high quality and productivity standards within the fulfillment department.
The Fulfillment Lead ensures customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in fulfillment processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Team Leadership: - Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Schedule and prioritize daily activities to meet order processing deadlines and optimize productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting accountability and goal attainment.

Order Fulfillment: - Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled according to quality standards and within specified timeframes.
- Implement and maintain best practices for order fulfillment processes to minimize errors and increase efficiency.

Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure adequate stock availability for order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize issues and improve inventory accuracy.

Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the fulfillment department.

Quality Assurance: - Enforce quality control measures to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.
- Conduct regular audits of fulfillment processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Uphold quality and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
6.
Reporting and Communication: - Generate regular reports on key fulfillment metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with Leadership, including customer service, logistics, and warehouse management, to address fulfillment-related issues and drive alignment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
