TEAM LEADER, ACT-TAY
Independence, Missouri
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
ACT-TAY is an evidence-based, specialized service which engages persons who have been unsuccessful, avoid or do not respond well to traditional treatment modalities.
We provide a multi-disciplinary team that offers intensive treatment services.
Ages served are youth and adults ages 16 to 25.
What you will do:
Hold regularly scheduled individual supervisory sessions.
Review, in detail, client situations and necessary interventions at daily team meetings and on an as needed basis.

Assist supervisees in the effective management of their time, including assuring that each is within the acceptable range of staff to client ratio.
Be readily available to serve as back up to supervisees when supervisees are unavailable (due to being with other clients, sickness, vacation, etc.
) or in need of additional expertise.
Become involved in direct crisis intervention during regular business hours and as needed on a call basis after hours or on weekends.
Participate on the evaluation team during the intake (initial) evaluation (assessment) process, including documenting diagnoses, psychosocial histories, key clinical findings and recommendations and other aspects requiring the services of a QMHP.
Evaluate each staff member according to the performance evaluation guidelines.
Facilitate the disciplinary process with supervisees as per guideline when needed.
Review all travel vouchers and certify that mileage claimed is reasonable and for medically necessary activities.
Ensure that cross trainings are done and documented per ACT standards.
Ensure that quarterly ACT-TAY outcome reports are sent to DBH in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, is preferred, but not required
