The ITS Project Manager, under broad policy guidance and direction of the Director of ITS, is responsible for the overall management, control and direction of various assigned ITS projects.
The projects in scope are typically of a complex nature and will involve working closely with project sponsors, technical stakeholders and their teams within different functions and levels across the organization.
This position will be a key contributor in developing, defining, evolving and providing oversight on the organization’s project management processes and methodologies, as well as their deployment in the department and oversight of their use.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
* Equivalent combination of education and years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
* Five years of increasingly responsible project management experience with at least three years of experience in information technology related project management; proven business analysis, writing business and functional requirements, ability to write, facilitate and perform test cases and use of project management software.
* Knowledge of agile methodology and scrum framework a plus
* Requires experience with standard project management methodologies (e.
g.
Six Sigma, PMBOK)
* Change management experience a plus

Pay: $62,725.
