Car Wash Managers & Attendants

The Team Member will build relationships with new and existing customers, sell memberships and up sell washes through various sales strategies.
The Team Member will provide all customers with superior customer-service.
Team Members must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * The ability to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, * Work in all weather conditions throughout the day.
Long periods of time standing or moving.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Greets all customers with a smile and warm, welcoming disposition.
* Understands Car Wash 103's membership packages and pricing.
Can articulate the benefits of unlimited memberships.
* Can educate customers on wash process from beginning to end.
* Guides on vehicles as needed, using trained procedures at all times.
* Creates genuine connections with customers and fosters relationships through superior customer-service to build membership sales.
* Walks the wash site, as able, to engage with customers to ensure superior customer-service and create a second touch point for membership sales.
* Helps keep wash clean, organized and safe.
* Acts as an ambassador for Car Wash 103 * Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
00 - $20.
