Work-life balance – our stores are open from 9am – 6pm, and we’re closed on Sundays and six major holidays A variety of tasks each day and the autonomy to schedule them accordingly A good mix of outdoor and office work – a little less screen time is nice! A job physical enough to keep you busy but won’t break your back What You’ll Do: Provide outstanding customer service Earn commission by assisting customers with their storage needs Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units (no cold calling!) Sell merchandise, such as moving and packaging supplies Ensure the property is customer-ready - making the property appearance safe and welcoming Manage, verify, and balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits Our Ideal Candidate: Experienced in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Great multitasker and ability to jump from task to task A willingness to work outside, clean units, and maintain grounds Valid driver’s license and vehicle/insurance required (with paid mileage!) Reliable transportation to, from, and during working hours Basic computer skills and the physical ability to do the job (traverse around the property, lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascent/descent, work atop, etc.
