_Job Overview_ The Schedule and Service Supervisor develops, monitors, and executes the Company’s pool service and back-end construction technicians and processes to ensure smooth project and service completion while maintaining a premier customer experience.
_Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)_ * Manages the planning and scheduling of services/work orders to provide an adequate workload to keep all pool service/construction staff working.
* Manages pool service/construction staffing hours to ensure appropriate staffing levels and appropriate management of overtime.
* Provides customers with timely quotes for all needed parts or service and/or pool equipment upgrades and additions, utilizing company’s operating software and pricing structure.
* Maintains accurate customer interaction notes along with timely completion and closing of all service/work orders into company software.
* Utilizes available support staff and other department assistance to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer satisfaction during busy season.
* Maintains direct customer contact to assure customer satisfaction with all services and throughout all back-end construction phases.
* Assists upper management in the improvement of the company’s overall technical support and construction completion strategy for customer retention and lean process goals.
* Oversees the department to ensure a premier customer experience from all employees and interactions.
* Ensures consistent adherence to company established technical service standards, thereby insuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Resolves customer problems or complaints relating to installations and service promptly and ensure it is well documented as per company policies and/or guidelines.
* Assists technicians in maintaining accurate supplies and material inventory levels are available and included in company vehicles to ensure service/work order completion the first trip.
* Participates and encourages all technical staff training to develop and maintain the skills required in providing the highest level of service and support for the products that the company provides.
* Communicates all staffing needs with upper management to maintain the staff size necessary to fulfill department obligations.
* Develops clearly defined and communicated department and individual goals in support of the operational business plan and company goals that are specific, measurable, realistic, and time-oriented; track, monitor and validate as per company-defined policy and procedure.
* Provides regular and real-time feedback and guidance to assist assigned team members in meeting and exceeding their position’s performance standards.
* Assists in objective performance assessments of assigned staff as prescribed by upper management.
* Takes immediate action to address performance and/or behavioral issues; collaborates with upper management in the execution of corrective action measures and dismissals.
* Reinforces and rewards desired behaviors conducive to the company’s desired culture.
* Cultivates positive working relationships within and across departments.
* Engages in behaviors that foster a healthy work environment and company culture.
* Presents self in a professional manner and appropriately represents the company image.

_Required Education and/or Work Experience_ Educational and experience background should consist of supervisory/management, business, and formal technical troubleshooting or experience.
