POSITION: Clinical Manager Day Treatment DEPARTMENT: Therapy (Ozanam) PAY RANGE: $40,000 - $60,000 Annually (Starting salary depends on education, licensure, and years of experience) RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Manager for Day Treatment and Education is responsible for the coordination of case management, individual programming, and business aspects regarding the therapeutic work of clinicians.
Clinical Manager will build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners to improve the quality of life and outcomes for school students placed in our therapeutic day schools.
This is a school-based clinical manager working with a team of two other therapists to provide school-based clinical therapeutic support to 40 students during the school day for the school year.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Masters Degree along with an licensed as a LCSW or LPC.
Must be able to provide direct service to clients.
Ability to supervise others for licensure is a plus.
Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years.
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening.
This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
