Kal Partz is searching for an experienced Heavy Duty Parts & Accessory Manager who would be highly process-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, capable of working well with others, possess strong leadership skills, and motivated for success.
- The Parts Manager Candidate would need to be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- The Ideal Parts manager candidate will have worked in the heavy duty parts industry for 1-2 years.
You must have strong analytical skills, purchasing experience, and problem-solving ability in order to improve the entire purchasing and inventory process.
Order entry, receiving & shipping, Customer service, invoicing, and salesmanship are a must.
- The Parts Manager candidate will execute a plan and be measured on creating inventory efficiencies that yield greater profitability and a marked increase in customer satisfaction.
- The Parts Manager candidate needs to demonstrate leadership skills of certainty, diplomacy, tact, humility, and calm under pressure.
They need to be able to manage a process as well as people with different work styles.
- They need to have a keen eye for details, negotiate well, and have an intuitive sense of forging the right relationships.
